Young cabbage soup with smoked sausage

INGREDIENTS:
1 head of young cabbage
400g baby potatoes
2 carrots
2 parsley
2 tablespoons of olive
1 onion
250 g smoked sausage
2 1/2 litres of chicken or meat broth or broth
spices: 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon savoury, 2 bay leaves and allspice
bunch of dills


  1. Wash the cabbage and cut it into thin and not too long strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots and grate on a large-mesh grater.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive in a large pot. Fry the diced onion. Add the chopped sausage and fry together. Add cabbage, potatoes and carrots.
  3. Pour the vegetables with broth and bring to a boil. In the meantime, season with caraway, bay leaf, herb, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add a tablespoon of oil to the soup. Add at the end add a large amount of chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
